Service requests and availability

Clear expectations before work begins.

Submitting a request does not create an appointment, contract, duty to perform, or guarantee of service. Work is accepted only after Guardian Facility Group, LLC confirms scope, qualifications, availability, commercial terms and any required written agreement.

Right to decline, postpone or discontinue work

To the extent permitted by law, Guardian may decline, postpone, suspend or discontinue a request or engagement before completion for legitimate business or operational reasons. These may include safety hazards, unsafe conduct, inaccessible or unsuitable site conditions, unavailable personnel or materials, licensing or insurance limitations, work outside Guardian's capabilities or service territory, incomplete or inaccurate information, unresolved scope, scheduling or payment concerns, suspected fraud, unlawful activity, code or permit requirements, conflicts of interest, or other conditions that prevent safe and responsible performance.

These decisions are applied consistently and lawfully. Guardian does not refuse or limit service because of race, color, religion, sex, pregnancy, national origin, ancestry, age, disability, marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity, military status, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law. Reasonable accommodation requests may be directed to support@guardianfacilitygroup.com.

Weather, disasters and events beyond reasonable control

Service dates, response times and performance may be delayed, rescheduled, limited or cancelled when circumstances beyond Guardian's reasonable control make performance unsafe, unlawful, impracticable or unavailable. Examples include severe weather, fire, flood, natural disaster, epidemic or public-health emergency, utility or communications failure, transportation disruption, labor interruption, civil emergency, governmental order, supply-chain interruption, material or equipment shortage, and acts or omissions of independent carriers, suppliers, contractors or public authorities.

Guardian will use reasonable efforts to communicate material changes and resume accepted work when conditions permit. Emergency life-safety conditions should be reported to 911 or the appropriate utility or public authority. Guardian's website and text-request feature are not emergency dispatch services.

Site access and customer responsibilities

The customer is responsible for providing accurate project information, lawful and safe access, disclosure of known hazards, required owner or tenant authorization, and any customer-controlled approvals. Final obligations, remedies, cancellation rights, warranties and payment terms are governed by the applicable written quote, purchase order, service agreement or contract. If those documents conflict with this general notice, the signed or accepted project document controls.
