Privacy notice

Guardian Facility Group, LLC uses information only for legitimate business operations, customer service, order administration, security, legal compliance and the operation of authorized marketplace integrations. We do not sell personal information.

Information handled

Depending on how you interact with Guardian, information may include contact details, request or order information, correspondence, transaction records, technical records needed to operate the service and identifiers supplied by an authorized marketplace.

eBay marketplace integration

Guardian maintains an eBay integration for authorized catalog and seller-account operations. When eBay sends a marketplace account deletion notification, Guardian verifies the notification and processes the included eBay user identifiers. The receiver does not retain the original identifiers. It stores a notification receipt, processing time, completion status and one-way cryptographic hashes used to document processing and prevent duplicate handling.

Sharing and service providers

Information may be processed by service providers that support Guardian's hosting, commerce, security, communications and marketplace operations. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect customers, Guardian or others. Guardian does not authorize service providers to use the information for their own unrelated purposes.

Retention and security

Guardian retains records only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which they were collected, legal and accounting obligations, dispute resolution, security and documented deletion processing. Guardian uses administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information and service involved. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

You may ask a privacy question or request review of information associated with a Guardian interaction by contacting support@guardianfacilitygroup.com. Marketplace-account requests may also be submitted through the marketplace that provided the account.
